Historic Old Town Alexandria Possibly the most pampered pooch city in the USA. They have Doggie Happy Hour. Gourmet buscuits served. Canine Cruises on the Potomac every second Thursday of the month. Arlington National Cemetery, Iwo Jima Memorial and several vineyards around town even allow your dogs to site see with you. The city hosts countless off-leash parks spread around town. Biscuits and water are found on most street corners.
